Jill Dalton
Executive Director
Jill is an alumni of Alvernia University located in Reading, Pennslyvania. Jill has 10 years of experience in Hospice Care and is the Executive Director at Tender Care Hospice.
Mallory Matheny
Social Worker
Mallory has spent a majority of her career in the hospice field. Her experience provides clinical knowledge and support to our patients and their loved one’s while maintaining an empathetic and positive outlook towards end-of-life care.
Toni Murray
Volunteer Coordinator
Toni has spent her entire working career in healthcare. Seventeen of those years in hospice as the Volunteer Coordinator. Recruiting, and training Volunteers who offer a comforting presence, gentle reassurance, and a listening ear to those facing the challenges of terminal illness. Through personalized care and empathy, Hospice Volunteers help individuals find peace, acceptance, and comfort as they navigate the final stages of life. With a focus on honoring the individual’s wishes and values, Hospice Volunteers are trusted companions and advocate for those on the journey towards a peaceful and dignified death.

Hospice Death Doula
As a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Death Doula, I am committed to providing emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families during the end-of-life journey. With a background in hospice care and a deep understanding of the dying process. Hospice Death Doulas offer a comforting presence, gentle reassurance, and a listening ear to those facing the challenges of terminal illness. Through personalized care and empathy, we help individuals find peace, acceptance, and comfort as they navigate the final stages of life. With a focus on honoring the individual’s wishes and values.

Clinical Director
Heather is a Registered Nurse and a Graduate of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. She has worked in the Home Care and Hospice industry for the past 12 years.
